Faith In Action Project Encourages Many! The Department of Religion and Philosophy and the Department of International Studies organize a Faith in Action Project in both the Fall and Spring semesters each year. Learning to reach out in compassion to those in need is a very valuable part of our students education.

Faith in Action  

FAITH IN ACTION PROJECT - SPRING 2008

On Saturday April 19th Dr. Stephen Scholz and Dr. James Seymour of the Department of Philosophy and Religion once again led students on a Faith in Action Project. As they have for the last five years they partnered with Passage Homes to provide a day of fun and recreation for children who have no permanent housing.

Students participated in sports, crafts, and lots of laughter with these children who have experienced far too much pain in their young lives. The pictures below tell the story of a delightful day when Falcons truly made a difference in the lives of these children.
